Air Compressor Piping
For Air Pressure lines We use PPR FRP (Fiber reinforced) pipes for this scope. K.P.T. Pneumatic pipes are being produced with latest German technology at its state of the art manufacturing unit at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
Specifications and advantages of PPR FRP Pipes:
Pneumatic FRP Pipes (Fiber reinforced) are absolutely diffusion tight and reliably prevents
oxygen or gases from permeating into the pipe.
- Pneumatic Pipes consist of an overlapped FRP with an inner and outer layer of Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR-C).
- The FRP thickness of our Pneumatic pipes has been selected to meet compressive and flexural strength requirements.
- All the layers are permanently bonded together by intermediate adhesive layers, with UV resistant upper layer.
- Smooth inner surface reduces operational pressure required by pump.
- Our Pneumatic pipes has been specially designed for the creation of primary and secondary network for compressed air, neutral gases & Vacuum.
- It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes in temperature.
- The Sandwich Glass Reinforcement technology processed on these pipes enables to withstand more pressure even in high temperature.
- Since Glass is nonconductor of heat, there is lesser thermal expansion, this reduces sagging. Sandwich Glass Reinforcement technology reduces the condensation, thus reduces the chances of moisture.
- Style fittings offer tight, leak free fit.
- It is Non crumbling and has non-deforming properties.
- It has high chemical resistance with no possibility of bacterial and mass reproduction within pipes.
- Having 0.1 micron RA value and mirror finish inner surface, 40% to 60% lesser friction compared to other pipes.
- PPR FRP has reduced linear expansion coefficient, only 1/3 of normal PPR pipes.
